Just curious, what kind of TIG welder did you buy? I just read through your entire thread, you've put a lot of time, money and work into this build. It's looking good. Keep at it. You'll be on the road soon hopefully!

i use a ahp alpha 200x ac/dc stick welder...simple to use and setup and works great.

i paid 730$ shipped off amazon. buy the newest year they have cause they usually update and fix any issues with the previous years model. Its def worth the money and like i said i use it all the time and never have an issue. You will also wanna buy a gas lense setup night and day difference while welding.

Definitely recommend a gas lense for any tig setup. I got one for mine and love it.

I've heard that about gas lenses. Do you guys ever watch weldingtipsandtricks.com on YouTube?

Or search on YouTube. Jody (the host) is a damn good welder. He does a new video every week. Very cool and informative.

Hell yeah. You know what's up. Lol. I've learned a lot watching Jody. I'm still not a great welder but at least I know what I'm supposed to be doing and I just need to practice to get better.
