Good update while reading the first paragraph of that post I was visualizing something like that. Better hurry up and get this thing done, that snow won't be on the ground much longer!

I was searching around eBay today for a radio to fit the stock radio plates, and came up on a seller that sells GM radios with 3.5mm (headphone) jacks for a pretty reasonable price. Definately a good idea

You aren't kidding! Although it'll probably be a while before the ground dries out enough to even drive the car up from the barn. 🙁

Yep, I saw those too. Problem is most of them were some form of a Chevy radio which didn't have as much bright work on them like the Olds and Buicks. My stock radio was still in darn near mint condition because I had removed it back in highschool to install an aftermarket radio and just kept in the cabinet until now. 8) So I decided to just buy a kit and wire it myself.

Very nice! I like the functioning scoops.

Just wondering, what exhaust are you running?

Thanks. 🙂

It's a custom 3" with X-pipe and Spintech Prostreet mufflers.

The build is still coming along very nicely I see and spring is just around the corner, I know youre as excited as I am about that, thats probably when i'll start bolting on my goodies (272/282 cam, 461 camel hump fuely heads, new rims) and i have a new lead on a good 700r4, sadly theres no room in the shop now due to priority daily driver projects, but anyways....keep the pics and the posts coming :!:

I am so glad to see that you were able to get the hood to work. I love that it is functional and how it looks. great work. When you are done with the project I think your build will set a standard for g-bodies.

badass build bro and those lower door panels are sick you have the best custom speaker setup ive seen so far. i really like the placement of the speakers. as a matter of fact you pretty much have the best everything ive seen when it comes to a g-body so great work and major props.

Seriously? The gauges?? They kind of look out of place to me but thats just my opinion, I cant pick just one thing, this car has so many mods it might as well be a transformer, guess the overall cleanliness of everything is what gets me, you could perform surgery on the bottom of the car it's so clean....anyways keep the pics and posts coming
