Hey man, see if he has the matching pump and hoses- then it will be an easy swap!

He might give you a good deal on everything. It doesn't hurt to ask. Make sure it's an SS.
You won't know the condition until it's bolted in and bled. You can inspect it for leaks, though.

Snagged an 84 Z28 box the seller confirmed was 2.5 turns to lock still has the Camaro Pitman $50 clams delivered

So... Lines / adapters & pitman arm hunting till it arrives .... and another Qt of transmission fluid to blow through the leaky 605....

That box is the same ratio as the G body quick ratio box but with different stops, the stops in the F body box will give you a larger turning radius. If it's a Z box it's a nice box and will give you more of the feel of the road. I ran one for a few years

There should only be one part number for that particular (800 series) G-body box. If I recall, someone not too long ago purchased a new(?) 800 pitman arm.

Jack you geezer, how did you find that? I guess that company saw a need and filled it. Terrific!

Mark,
I can't take all of the credit. Steve was the one that first posted information from this company. I may be old, but I'm not ready to be put out to pasture yet...;)
I think you're right that they saw a need for these. This source should be made a sticky.
