7 blade fan

I got the Monte SS fan from a member parting out an SS. The Hayden flex fan I bought years ago. They probably don't sell them anymore.
Why not look into installing a set of electric fans? That's what I was going to do before I decided to stick to simple old school mechanical fan.

I am curious as to why it has to be 7 blades when clearly there are other options with less blades.
A 7 blade fan has more force on the air than a 5 blade.
At idle? The 7 blade will move the air better than a 5.
For daily driving with AC here, a 7 works great. A 5 in traffic falls short.
The 4.3 blazer reverse fan works for a serpentine swap SBC.

My comment was because the OP was looking at both a flex fan and a clutch fan only because they both had 7 blades.

there is alot more to fans than just the number of blades, the pitch and length of blades can make a 5 blade out pull a 7 blade.

Clutch fans have long been said to rob the least amount of HP . I watched a episode of engine masters last year that confirmed this with a dyno . The flex fan was the worst and the clutch the best about a 13 HP difference i believe .
