Ok guys car is together and I got it running.
Next problem! In trying to break the cam in eather the thermostat didn't open or the clutch fan is no good.
I cooked it! It got way!!!! To hot when it cools down I'm going to take out the thermostat and try again my neighbor said he will come by and hold the fan wile it's running to see if the clutch is good. This could be the worst brake in ever I hope the motor is ok

It cooled down enough to pull off the top hose and the thermostat was open so I guess it needs a fan clutch I also found that the heater control valve is leaking I'll be fixing those things before going any further

Hells yeah, it runs!

Break-ins get hot. A supplemental fan is always a good idea if you can.
Well it did run now I'm back to an angry starter that won't crank at least that's what I hope it is all that heat has me worried

I ran a 160 t stat and had a giant shop fan blowing at the radiator and another blowing at the engine itself. Didn't get over 200 in early June. Plus I ran it with the rad cap off to get any bubbles out. You will spill fluid if you don't keep an eye on it and put the cap back on. I also at the time just had the heater hose looped into eachother.

I went over 260 fast! Like to fast like something is wrong fast so much for proper brake-in still won't crank now it's still mad at me

Thinkin you had an air pocket. There's no reason it should've zoomed upto meltdown temps so fast.
