Thanks for making the effort to fix the broken links. You've invested a lot of time and money in these projects - it's cool to see the results.

I recently enjoyed a five day thrash with the help of a good friend of mine, and it looks like I accomplished about as much as you get done in a single weekend. I'm jealous of your time and space. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! I think they will look really mean with all the other coated bars I have going in the project. A club bro put me on to em. Im always on Spohn's website looking around and didn't see them there. He found em on ebay.

Preciate that bruh! The leds were supposed to be white-like 6000k pure white. They installed the wrong ones. They are more like an 8k or 10k and have a blue ish hue to em. Ill have to change my hid bulbs to match em. It actually flows well with the Dakota Digi blue cluster and individual gauges, Kenwood deck, and Autometer Cobalt tach with blue led shift light. I'll prolly do blue LED's for the interior lighting. Really wanted a crisp clean white, but the lights are glued in. Didnt wanna mess with it.

This little project was only supposed to be a rattle can primer jub and some cleaned up parts. It was to be a "team building" build for the crew to come together and talk shop and chill with each other. But it kinda just grew and grew. LOL! Hope to have some updates of actual work being done to the car soon.. Thanks!!

Speedway upper control arms for the #dtoxbu. Imma scuff em and repainted the black with some VHT satin to keep everything uniform. Will look great with the silver/red and black theme

Sweet!! I just saw on eBay that over 100 peeps are watching em now. I got mine for $59 during the holidays. Can't wait to see it all installed..

Some pics of the cage being built. I told the prez I wanted a cage that would allow passengers to enter and exit the car with ease. He sent me a pic of the "Tiger Cage" which is a removable cage made for the early F body Maro. I loved it. He took the pic to a cage spot and they built it exactly like the pic and added a couple other bars to it for me. The "Alibu" had took on its new name "Caged Beast/#dToxBu"..

Added section for extra strength

I picked up a rear seat delete setup a couple years ago so the rear seat is coming out..

Primered..

Painted up..

They color matched the TCI shifter mount and Eddie Motorsport fire extinguisher mount with the car, but Imma paint it black to match the carpeting going in later...

TCI Outlaw shifter and Fire extinguisher mocked up. Looks good...

The cage builder set the mount up without the TCI's shifter cover on. The Outlaw cover was a tad bit longer than the mount..

They corrected the mount for me and xtended it out a little to match up with the Outlaws cover..

SC&C Jounce bar setup. I had it powder coated and a smoke effect added. When the coating is till wet, the shop burns some rubber and lets the black smoke set into the wet powder coating. They then clear over it and bake it on. My UMI front swaybar, rear drag bar, UMI upper rear shock tower bar, and a few other bars have all been coated in this fashion..

Very happy with the 6 point cage setup. I wish I had added the cross bras to the back section i front of the rear window, but thought of it a little too late. Still happy with the look/outcome. The rear seat delete is a satin black and I'll be running some Kirky race seats to round out the race theme I want. Cant say it enough: Cant wait to get out to AZ to do the frame pull. YEP!! They may have been $69, but i when I went back to get another set for my SS, the price had jumped big time. I cant wait to see it all installed and how it performs together..Thanks for checkin back bro!!

Few more goodies for the #dtoxbu. UMI came thru once again with the clean upper rear trailing arm reinforcement bars and rear end bunshings Looks bad *ss! Now I can send the bars out to have them coated and "smoked" to match the other parts...

I have the currie bushings like the UMI ones in my "Ultimate 8.5" rear. I can use the tool Currie sent out to safelt install these in the "Ultimate 7.5" rear. Litlte blue lock tight and gently tap em in...

Just line it up with the hole in the tool..

The UMI set came with some locking rings to keep everything in place. NICE!

Ring sets down in the groove after tapping em in..

I also have a set of these zirk fitted bolts from Currie

The Speedway arms are some temps. I want the UMI tubular setup but the funds are low right now. The black/alum look of these will flow well for now..

I picked up some billet door strikers and billet vents for the project also. They didn't have em in black so I'll either coat em, or use em in the elco project and see if I can get them to coat the next set I order. I should have waited til they opened and asked if the coating option was available. Got excited when I saw the parts and cashed out. lol! I held off on ordering the custom billet cap for the wilwood MC. Wanted to get some input from my clubb bros on what look to go with on the cap. Once ordered, what you order is what you get. Starting to come together. Once the frame has been coated, 80z can finally start getting her put back together. All down hill from here..Thanks for checking back!!
