Thanks guys, I wanted to utilize the OEM holes, but not add a ton or weight. The stainless strap I have, I don't remember the gauge, but it doesn't have a whole lot of deflection so it was perfect for those brackets. I used 1/4-20 Allen button head bolts with serrated nuts to keep a low profile on the fasteners.

All in all, I'm happy with it. Nothing fancy, but it blends and looks good in the busy engine compartment.

I need to start making a few videos before I am out of this house and tiny crap hole shop.

You did a good job making those fans look factory and belong there. I am curious about how the wagon drives with the turbo six? I have never road in a Grand National so I don't know what to expect I guess. Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys. I can say it is a fun car! I put 1k miles on it last year, just getting the bugs out. A bad turbo and trans issues kept me from really getting in it. It should be close this year, since I'll have the nitrous, alky, bigger turbo and better shifting trans.

Sorry for the hiatus, been busy fixing up my current house, and working on the new house.

Anyway, just dropped the new (to me) wheels off at powder coating, never used these guys so I hope they turn out.

I've also started on making new front bumper brackets.

I slid under the front of the car, I had a silver piece of bubble insulation under there. And then I see some green oil on it, I realize the green oil is dyed refrigerant oil from the AC system. It seems to be leaking from the AC compressor, which is brand-new from Highway Stars. It shouldn't be leaking, I hope it's okay.

Yes, I have aluminum mounts I made, but the aluminum is too soft and after 1k miles from last year, the bumper is sagging and mis-aligned.

With the heavily modified bumper, the stock pumps wont work. The mounts have to be custom sized. Also, i'll be mounting my Alky pump to the DS bumper mount.

Used the MIG on these, out of Argon for the TIG.

Making the plate the hold the ALKY pump, then I'll blast and paint them.
