Yowsa!! That ain't cheap by any means. Looks like you might be cutting up a stock bumper after all. The Olds bumper is a massive piece, if I recall.

Do you have access to plasma cutter? That would cut down on the cutting time, instead of buzzing thru cutoff wheels.

I don't think the olds bumper is no larger than the Malibu. Not sure. I own a plasma cutter, so cutting it is no biggie. I also just went to Harbor Fright and bought a bunch of 4" cuttoff wheels, 10 pack for 7 bucks, and boy do they last! Highly recommend the ones I am using!

Yes, I'll start a thread here somewhere documenting the build. I'll take some measurements as I go along. The weather is sh*t here right now, and I am not dong all the cutting and grinding inside, so it has to wait till the snow and ice go away in a week or 2 (I hope). 🙁

Re: 81 Century/GN Wagon build-up New Pics! Update 1/24/14

Ok. so for the front brakes, I am going with the C5 Z06 calipers, PABs, S10 sealed hub spindles, braided hoses. I will use the 13.5" rotors, unless the 14" fit. I'll find out in a few days when I get some time to check. I got a lead on some nice Z06 front calipers, pads, hoses, PABs. 😀

the ghoul, you want to make some brackets? 😀

Here is a pic of them. They are wet so are probably not this shiny.

I got them for a good price too

I have a print out of the bracket, in 1:1 scale. I'll take it home, and make a wood/MDF one to try out.

This one will be for the 320mm C5 rotors, with C5 PABs and C5/C6 Calipers.

Smallish update, I'll add pics over the weekend.

I received my Hydro-boost, AN fittings, custom hoses, aluminum master, and a spare core hydro-boost in the mail yesterday. I got it from a member on the turbobuick boards, awesome dude!
My C5 calipers SHOULD be here when I get home today.
I ordered my EBL SFI-6 from http://www.dynamicefi.com. I start a dedicated thread on the turbobuick and thirdgen forums, but mirror the info in this thread.

Custom AN hydro lines. I am going to use braides teflon though. I have a bunch left over form the A-10's.
