82 Malibu Wagon in New Zealand

Wow. The grass is not greener on the other side of the fence, er, ocean.

Perhaps that is why I never see anyone doing something with the 3.6. Ever.
I'd say that will be why yeah, the black ones about to get a crow cam & a few other goodies so should wake it up a bit. Gold ones just going to be a driver doing that one the original gold in a satin finish...

I got to drive a Mazda 6 estate in the UK with the diesel and a 6 speed. That was a really fun car. Once I got over the shifter being in the wrong hand and the cars all on the wrong side of the road, it was no problem. I never managed to go the wrong way through a roundabout. Yay!

Same as here all right hand drive, will take a bit of getting used to this but be all good

And so it begins, nose off the Chev so I can get to everything. Pull the inner guards to then might buy a sand blaster kit and do the chassis myself but will send the radiator support out to be done, got all new steering arms and everything to go in so clean paint reassemble then chuck the motor & trans in sounds the plan
😎

Few more pieces to the puzzle, pickup the sand blaster today & bought the rest off ebay from the Us. Take a good month for those to arrive but sorting the engine bay etc will take a bit anyways, probably not a lot more i'll need....

Picked up the radiator support from the sand blasters today all primed & looking like new, just the chassis rails & front suspension to blast then she goes back together. Shocks arrived from New York to & the rest of my orders are not far off either so she's getting closer ;-)
