KrisW said:Awesome car, awesome build, man. You have done the right thing with your "resto-mod" version of fixing this car. I think you could say that the people at Oldsmobile who designed and marketed your car would have put that engine in there if they had been allowed to do so. The soul of your car is strengthened by the mods you are doing. The LSx swap would have done a great disservice to the car and its heritage. Save those for the Monte Carlos and El Caminos that suffered under the power of the Mexican small blocks hahahahhaha.
The pistons, heads and cam that you have selected should really feel strong when you hit the street.
Good job!
Thank KrisW, I had to back off the rush job I was about to do on her lol. Now that I'm slowing down I can really put in the extra effort to make it a special ride, with the mods I'm doing I really only want to go let's say two levels above stock considering I do plan on driving her most of the time. It doesn't have to be an all out ball buster but I want it to handle like a modern day cruiser with some balls when it needs it ya know.
P.s. I'm mexican lol no I'm not but my some of my best friends are. Thanks for the ammo lol
