:shock: damn.. i've never really looked threw this build, but today i sat here at work and looked at every page and read almost everything throught this thread, and im amazed! this car is comming out sick! , and this has motivated me to work on my 78 cutlass more!! and hope you dont mind me stealing some of ur ideas! :wink:i work in a mechine/welding shop, and have access to all sorts of metal, and machines. so i'll be able to make alot of things myself to save money. but seriously dude, this is a real work of art, and has motivated me alot to get my car built! keep up the good work man!

@litemup2--Thanks for checkin the thread out bruh!! I know there's alot of pages to go thru. :shock: I need to go back thru this thread and update page 1 with links to each page and what mods and pics are on the page. That might help folks out to get to the "meat" of the car and the mods done. I really appreciate the cool words about the looong project. Thanks 8)

Havent done much other than mess with the hid lights. Mocked up the hid bulb in the turn signal housing...

Still need to order some new turn signal housings. Then I can finish em up. I got a wiring harness and a switch to power the ballast from the battery. Wired it all up and it worked out nice! Ive been working on my CC Prez' Elco Wheel wells and havent spent much time on the SS. Maybe this weekend....

If you are lookin for the "Bowtie" battery box, they stopped making em. The "ball milled" style on the driver side you can get from cfrperformance.com. The radiator support is from gbodyparts.com

They are fogs now. Thats an H-7 6000k HID bulb and 50 watt ballast. The turn sigs are gonna be relocated. I have a relay and switch for the lower fog setup as well. Just need to wire it up. All I did for a photo op was take the plug out the high beam positions ballast and plug it into the H-7 fog spot. It shines nice and bright thru that 24 year old dingy plastic. Once I get new turn sig housings it will really look sweet. Havent done much on the old guy lately. Taking a little break I guess..
