those 2 green wires look like an add on and are not what I was talking about, the compressor has a green that originates from the plug for the pressure switch on the dryer

I would unplug the connector at the low pressure switch on the accumulator. Turn the key on. Turn the A/C on. Check for 12V at one side of the low pressure switch connector. Report back.

and if power if there you can jump the two wires to see if the compressor works, the power just engages the clutch so you would hear a click if the engine is not running
One green wire going in is the power, the two green coming out goes to the compressor and one goes to the high idle solenoid on the carb. Trace back where those two green wires originate from.... 🤔
If everything is plugged in and not working push the little schrader valve (tire valve) on the AC line
if nothing comes out your lines are empty and that is why your compressor will not turn on
If something comes out you may be low on freon and that is why it is not turning on so add a can
