Anyone ever successfully used a corvette batwing oil pan in a g body?

Have you tried one?
When I was searching to see if anyone had, all I saw was one post where the guy said it would interfere with lt headers (not concerned about) but nothing about the subframe,
I like the capacity and the fact that I have one kicking about

Nope I havent, but with the way the sides kick out I cant see it fitting in the stock location with exhaust.

If you are not worried about the exhaust then go for it

My engine is in the machine shop and my car currently looks like the attached pictures, I guess I have a ls1 block with windows floating around somewhere I could try it on.

just wanted to know if someone has tried one, thanks for adding more misinformation to the the all ready cloudy subject , I will update after I find a block and try it
