Best Orifice tube for 134A

I suppose it goes without saying to check and replace any foam in your box. I got bit on a Dakota once where the replacement heater core was just slightly smaller thasn the original and the customer came back complaining of low vent temps. That was 5 or 6 hours I never got back.
 
Probably more important is condensor choice. You'll want a parallel flow condensor rather than tube-and-fin for R134a
