Looking for the front uppers and lowers for an 81-ish Malibu. I want new replacents, but it doesn't seem like anyone sells the lower arms all loaded with balljoints and bushings.

I don't want tubular arms. Where should I shop for uppers and lowers?

I've read the lower bolt is different on s10 parts? Is that true? Is it both inside bolts that are larger?

I can't confirm if there's a size difference or not but both vehicles are outfitted with metric hardware,i can't see a gm using a different size bolt on the same arms that fit more than one vehicle.even just from a cost standpoint.

Front lower bushing are different, rear lower are the same. Possible different width or the earlier stated bolt size. I'd try to see the bushings first hand to see what the differences are before going for the S-Truck lowers.

Rock auto images show the larger hole on the front lower arms.
