I'll let you know. I'm running a Strange spool in my 8.8 with 35 splines. It's some kinda goofy on the street. Have to step on the throttle when turning at slow speeds ( 😉 )
I discovered the problem with an open, minispool, or clutch style posi is that all the power goes through the center pin. I split the case on my yukon.
The torsen/truetrac style distributes load through multiple gears and shafts.

Not sure who came up with the mini spool and putting all that load on the pin. I guess they figured it was better than the welded spider gear idea!!!!!
