Well, we're going to find out. I called Spohn, and they just referred me to Proforged. I sent them an email requesting specs. I'd like to see if there is a difference before buying new ones again. If they're all the same, then why different part numbers? Length? Worst case scenario: I buy the 10207s and measure them against the 10019s, and make a decision from there.

the inner and outer ties rods are different, the tapers on the studs are the same.

This is an odd one,Please keep us posted on what happens.the only problem i had with proforged is the ring that keeps the ball joint boots on.i've never had a good tie rod boot experience but i think its the nature of the design.

I don't know how much this helps but I used stock Blazer (2000) spindles and Moog tie rod ends for my application (82 GP) and everything fit perfectly.

Tie Rod ends for the Blazer or G? I haven't had an outer fit yet- before or after swap. That includes "stock replaements" from Carquest on stock spindles.

My tie rod ends were Moog for an 82 Grand Prix.

The preliminary results are in, and they are indeed different! Straight from the Proforged technical drawings as requested:104-10019 - Thread to sleeve 5/8-18, small taper- .45", large taper- .622", taper height- 1.04"
104-10207 - Thread to sleeve 11/16-18, small taper- .45", large taper- .610", taper height- .945"
10019 on the left, 10207 on the right:

Due to a death in the family, I won't be able to install them until the weekend. The adjuster sleeve threads appear to be the same, and will still have to be cut to length for proper toe-in.

Sorry to hear about a death in your family.....

the one on the left the 10019 is listed for the S10 96 to 03 so why did they send that one to you. The 10217 is listed for the G body and S10 82 to 95 so that would be the right one.....and the two of them are obviously different

If you go back and hit the links a few posts ago, that is what I was going off of- the fitment chart from Proforged....
Edit: nevermind, the links are no good.
I just want to make it work as the 10019s do not presently....
