The spark test no little lightening strikes. ? So do i replace the coil next

start with the simple things, I posted before if you have no spark to check to make sure the wiring to the distributor is plugged in and if it is then check to make sure you have power on the pink wire with the key in the run position

Make sure there isn't a banana in the tailpipe!!

Here is a question I can't answer, if the IGN ECM and/or the ECM fuse is blown will that kill the distributor

You would still have power to the distributor red or pink wire if that fuse was blown or pulled. The engine will run like if you disconnected the ecm harness on the distributor to set your base timing. Was the distributor cap replaced? If it was and the metal ground strap not put back on with the coil it will burn out the ignition module in 5 min and no spark. Could be a bad coil too.

Thanks, when it comes to the ECM I am the same as Sergeant Schultz, I know nothing...🙂
