MONTE CARLO "COPO" Monte Carlo SS - Turbosaurus Build (Swinging Dick Racing's c*ck got bent... she bounced a little too high & hard, & came down awkwardly)

Finished making room for the relocated wheel tubs with Mr. Body Saw. And sectioned the trunk hinge box.

Reinstalled a chunk of the trunk floor and boxed in the body mount.

Loaded up a fresh 40 grit flap disc and one of those new 24 grit roloc discs and smeared away some birdshit.

Close enough.

I'll hit it with a few tacks from underneath but it definitely put some reinforcement back into the floor. I am now at the point where I can start popping the panels back in.

Now I just have to decide if I axe the frame now or after the tubs are back in? Hmmm...

I'll probably pop the body off the frame in a year or two and do right by them. Until then we only fix what we need to until we need to fix the next thing that needs fixing.

Put a few hours into sorting out a few final pieces for reassembly. Tub to floor brackets, filler panel, and cleaned and filled some holes in the wheel tubs.

My high spots have low spots.
