Hammered down and welded up the gaps that were left open before the frame was cut out. I won't be boxing in the ends until I am certain everything is good for a 30" tire.

Other side is coming along. Took it out in a much bigger chunk this time since I had an appreciation for what I was to expect.

More zip disc less plasma cutter this round.

And I just loaded a fresh grinding disc. Feels good.
