Could it and or the bushing be bad? The car has been on jacks like this for a bout a month (yes I know, the stand in the corner was put under as well as the matching one) and there is a bloodbath underneath. Granted it's on top of water so it's spread out a lot, but could it just be the angle of the car like that for that long, or should I replace the seal and the bushing? I'm probably gonna do it anyway along with draining the fluid and new pan gasket. It has a new one on it from the P/O, but it'll need a new one after that. Thoughts?

I think it is just the angle. When I pulled the 3.8/th200 together I didn't drain the fluid and I was left with a big puddle. It wasn't a leaky car either. Just extreme angle and the fluid poured out the tailshaft. Only had 80k miles.

I agree with Garrett1982 and it probably won't leak - Check the play you have on the yoke, if it's excessive bushing and seal are an easy install.

Probably just the angle the car is sitting. My metric 200 trans is still puking trans fluid all over my garage floor lol.

Ok thanks. I might just replace them anyway. I they're probably still the originals.

I really have no idea. Everything is so cramped in this car, but I'll check it out.
