custom dash gauges

The aluminum panel has been cut, trimmed and fits nicely. All of the gauges are in except for the tach(waiting on the post office to drop it off 🙁 ) and the leds for the blinkers, hi beam, and the brake warning light are in as well.

Those are what I was wondering about, the high bean and turn signals......I will keep watching!!! 8)

I got the leds for the blinkers, hi beam, and the one for the brake light from superbright leds.

I did'nt want to cut any wires from the back of the cluster so I made my own harness to plug into the dash harness. I used these terminal ends to plug into the dash harness.

The wires will plug into the dash harnsee like this.

Wow, that bezel with the guages really looks great!! I am loving this project, I want to put new guages in my SS in the spring, but I want to do digitals.

does anyone have a custom cutlass gauge cluster?

I would actually like to swap my dash out and replace it with a Cutlass dash. The way I modified my gauge cluster in the Regal, I cannot re-attach the dash piece on the bottom side of the steering column. So now all the wiring shows and it looks tacky. This is my winter project ... remove dash and remove all unneccessary wiring and air duct 8)
