Doesn’t start unless I prime with gas/starting fluid

I had a carb on a G-Body that had a filter at the carb fuel inlet. Fought that b*tch for weeks before someone told me to check for a filter at the carb. It was built into the body of t he carb.

I have seen this on a lot of older carbs. You could usually find them on carbs installed at the factory.
 
if they used real maple syrup the engine would have been destroyed much sooner but I'm glad they used that stuff instead of the real syrup.... :popcorn:

All the haters crapping on high fructose corn syrup should take notice.
