electric choke wiring

Wires were just hanging there not doing anything. Wasnt even connect to anything. Figured might as well use them for something.

what is the other side of the wire connected to?

So the power wire from the IGN on the fuse panel under the dash went possibly to the O2 sensor. It wasn't connected to the sensor, it was just hanging there....as well as a ground wire and another wire. All hanging there with nothing connected to them. So I used them for the choke.

I suppose......i should find another way to hook up the choke.....and then....figure out a way to make sure the O2 sensor is hooked up.....but....its dual exhaust...so will the O2 sensor even make a difference?

Your right! You've read my posts for too long, you know some sh*t is gonna happen 😂🤣. It never goes this easy....never.....get the new carb tomorrow. Can't wait. Summit just put it on sale and got a $75 discount. Really hoping this is what the car needs. If not.....i will get depressed....start a few more threads..........sell the car.....then after a few weeks i will regret it...then buy another and do it all over again 😂🤣

those summit carbs have good reviews but if it doesn't work out however I can point you in the right direction for a Suburban than just needs an engine......

I bought the edelbrock 750...1411. SHOULD be a direct swap without needing any mods to make it work. Going from a 1406 edelbrock 600 to a 1411 edelbrock 750 😎
