Fluke multimeter alternatives?

I spent the extra money on the Fluke. It showed up on Monday and after playing with it I’m glad I did. The fit and finish is better than the other meters I looked at and is definitely a quality piece. I couldn’t bring myself to buy that Green Harbor freight meter.

My best selling Meter at work here is the Klein Tools MM600. This is the multimeter we supply for the students in the Wind turbine course at our local College. I usually sell these to contractors for about 90 Canadian pesos. Of the hundreds I've sold im pretty sure I've only had 2 defective.

I have a few flukes and one Klein meter. I like using the Klein more.

I started with a Fluke 8024B, then upgraded to a Fluke 27/FM as my daily driver. I also have a Fluke 8842A Labrotory meter on my workbench for when I did radio alignments. Still works great but the display is getting dim.

Buy once, cry once.
