Frame

Hello all

I have a problem trying too identify a frame under my 57 Chevy Truck. I was told it was a Chevelle but I'm starting to think Malibu can't find any numbers that mean anything

upper control arms are equal length, it is not a G body

The guy said Chevelle but looking at the structure over the rear made me think Malibu

These are some of the notes the one over the rear seems like a date. Also the frame was shortened probability cut the number off.

It does have an externally threaded upper shaft with nuts like my Malibu. My 70 chevelle uses bolts.

The body work is getting closer to done next will be the mechanical. Need to know what frame to buy parts for.

Could be a 73 to 77 Chevelle.

why not measure points of the frame and match with diagrams of the frames you can find online
