had the same issue. all my electrical gauges were out when I bought my car. After confirming the fuses were good, I removed the cluster and checked continuity on the printed circuit and had a few opens. I swapped it and all of them came to life. I suggest checking the pins on the car side connector to see if there is any juice on that end as well... hope this helps

You have to remember about crazy feedback through the return(Ground) when you have a blown fuse on a shared circuit. People look at fuse and it looks goods...hair line crack? Proper voltage?
These G-Body's are aging and unseen rust and corrosion create unique voltage and return drop issues.
