Mother in law is 1500 miles away, and is probably better than most anyway. Tiny cabin belongs to my daughter. Even still, it's a temporary situation. She's 23 and owns her own car and house outright. She can either save up for a lot to move the house to, or sell the cabin and buy a condo or house in a year or two. She's miles farther ahead than I was at her age.
