This is the connector between the front cable (from the pedal) and the left rear cable. I took this picture to show the New metal end I made. Cable was cut to length and metal end mig welded on. Second picture shows the original metal end clipped off of original left rear cable and the spare ends I made incase I had to shorten the cable more.

Yes; I used the e-brake cable brackets from a 2002 Camaro which is the system I am using, cut as shown and attached to the bump stop bracket. Used the original cable bracket using the seat belt bot as attaching hardware by the drive shaft. Had to cut and the Camaro cables to proper length while using the original front cable also cut to length. Took a lot of mental figuring out and trail and error bracket and cable cutting to get the right length.

The 98-02 Camaro brakes are not really the same as the Blazer set up. My original post was asking if anyone had made their parking brakes functional with the Blazer set up. I was able to make mine work by modifying the 2 rear cables and used all of the OEM brackets and mounting with no additional modifications.

I found some of my notes that those doing this might find useful.
The stock 78-88 A/G body cable measurements are:
Left side cable 69.880"
housing 28.062"
Right side cable 67.750"
housing 52.250"

Raybestos Part# BCS95540 (used for left side)
cable 68.690"
housing 57.50"

Dorman Part# C96074 (used for right side)
cable 66.14"
housing 51.81"

Mind snapping a few pictures of the caliper in relation to the frame? I just picked up the blazer rear disc for a 2wd blazer and it almost like the caliper will hit the frame.. plus Ill to cut the axle flange ALOT to make the bracket fit..

My 2 wheel drive calipers are no where near the frame. If sounds like you have a 4 wheel drive rear.

Came off a 1999 2wd blazer, pulled them myself at the LKQ yesterday...
