Hood struts for a fiberglass cowl

Do you recommend a specific length or is it personal preference

They would be specific to regal to work with the ball studs. If you customize them similar to what I did then you would need the #4062 I mentioned previously.

I recently got a 2” Harwood cowl fiberglass hood and wanted to switch to gas struts to avoid bending the hood from the stock springs. What length have people on here used or recommend?
