How do you cook your turkey ?

I quarter it out, marinate for 24 hours, light dry batter and fry. Takes less than 30 minutes cook time. Im smoking the second turkey this year for the first time. Thats gonna be about 6 hours.
I think Shoutfactory does some MST3K streaming marathon on Thanksgiving. I don't really know much about streaming services, still use old fashioned dvds. They usually have sales on dvds around Thanksgiving.
I grilled a goose breast half a couple summers ago, it was pretty good. Tasted like a cross between chicken and turkey.

we already had our thanksgiving so no more turkey until Christmas, but the way my Monday is going in the office it looks like my goose is cooked...😕
MST3K was okay, but I could use a good MXC marathon. 
Come on guys I told you last year if your going to deep frie a turkey use your engine hoist!
I perfer to brine and smoke it but it's expensive and time consuming so it never happens anymore

Going to be a frigid Thanksgiving for me this year, the high will only be 29 degrees F. The news said it will be the coldest Thanksgiving in 117 years! Supposed to get back into the high 50s by Sat, so the arctic blast will be brief.
