Or.... It needs to be set-up for e85 use. It's higher octane & cooler burn prob wouldn't hurt things. Availability might make it a less than ideal daily driver option but occasional use should be do-able. 75cc heads & a cam w/different valve timing events would help as well. Both are easily done w/o impacting internals.Nice engine.... but honestly, if none of the suggestions help, or you are unwilling to to make any changes to satisfy your daily driver needs, the only way to run it "as is", is to use race fuel in it always.
Theres a reason why engines are built specifically for what you plan to do with it in certain vehicles, yours apparently, would be considered a race engine, for the strip only, daily driving would be a no go with that setup.
That would get you started. Research use of e85 to get your feet wet.so will i need a e85 carb and just fuelpump to run e85?
