Jeep Question

Joe, I know you suggested I replace the crank sensor before but I was thinking no codes why change it.. I put the Jeep back together and it started but ran with miss of course. After it warmed up I had to play with gas to get it started and the rpms were down. if I tried to rev it it would stall. The code 0205 came up for the injector on the dead cylinder, I have it unplugged. My code reader would not see that code and it won't give me live data or diagnostics on other components. I just read on a forum that a bad crank sensor can cause communication issues with the OBDII port. Have you heard of that before?

Another problem popped up. It sounds like it is a cv joint on the passenger side axle up front. The boot is not torn and the cv joint feels good. When it is cold outside, 30 degrees and down there is no noise from the cv joint but if it goes above 32 degrees you can here something flopping around sometimes. It doesn't do it at highway speeds. I have put the brakes on to make sure it's not a pad moving around and hit pot holes but that doesn't do anything and I don't feel it in the steering. I don't want to start changing parts, it has veriloc so that increases the cost of the axle and it doesn't seem like the joint is sold separately. Anyone have any ideas?.
