Looks like a couple of solutions.
I would get a normal water pump, just in a quality brand or name. There is some marketing hype to be aware of. Sort of like high volume oil pumps. SBC has a great cool system. If anything too good, we used to knock every other vane off of the water pump impeller for dirt track use/abuse because they moved too much water with the RPMs.
