I am getting ready to do that to the El C. I just put interior and back up LED's in the Taco. Very nice. Interior map lights almost too bright. Amazon had best deal
Yeah the new one's rock. Using the same 1157's as the 194's, not the Zevo's......Do the 1157's have dual elements like the incandescent bulbs? Do they work as running/brake/turn signal lights like our cars use? I ask because when LED's were new I bought some very expensive 1157 bulbs that did not work right.
Oh yeah, make sure you install the LED flashers too, or they'll likely not work.Excellent. Those look great!
Have you used this flasher with a mixture of LED's and incandescents and had success with it?I tow a trailer so I usually use a Tridon commercial truck flasher. It doesn't care how many or what kind of bulbs are in the circuit. But it can't warn you if a bulb is out.![]()
Part number?I tow a trailer so I usually use a Tridon commercial truck flasher. It doesn't care how many or what kind of bulbs are in the circuit. But it can't warn you if a bulb is out.![]()
Not on the car yet. The directionals were blinking too fast with the trailer lights hooked up. My Parcel Post truck used these and often they would "fall out" , ahem, so I tried them. They worked great. Now I use LED tail lights on the trailer and they still work great. I don't know if that counts as a mixture. Part# is EL12mixture of LED's and incandescents
