I am getting ready to do that to the El C. I just put interior and back up LED's in the Taco. Very nice. Interior map lights almost too bright. Amazon had best deal

Excellent. Those look great!

I tow a trailer so I usually use a Tridon commercial truck flasher. It doesn't care how many or what kind of bulbs are in the circuit. But it can't warn you if a bulb is out.

Have you used this flasher with a mixture of LED's and incandescents and had success with it?

mixture of LED's and incandescents
Not on the car yet. The directionals were blinking too fast with the trailer lights hooked up. My Parcel Post truck used these and often they would "fall out" , ahem, so I tried them. They worked great. Now I use LED tail lights on the trailer and they still work great. I don't know if that counts as a mixture. Part# is EL12

Thanks for the dash light help. May just order from superbrite leds if I don't run across anything good locally.

Crammer, the lights you are looking at have the HID bulbs like late model cars. More light with less energy draw, but has to be wired in, probably with relays to a power source. Can't comment good or bad towards the brand of aftermarket light, but a hid system with a housing made for it is a huge improvement.
Yea, anything good usually requires a little wiring, but honestly no worse than adding high end stereo.

Something to mention on switching brake, turn, etc to led. Had my turn indicator lights slightly light up with headlights on , tried 2nd type led flasher, still lit up. Told it could be dirty sockets bleeding to ground. Turned out I didn't change rear side markers to led. 1 pr of analog in system caused issue.
