Sweet, I'm jealous lol. Looks like the mounts you used sat the engine higher than some of the other mounts do. That solved the oil pan but created hood clearance issues. What ever as long as your enjoying it all that matters. Thanks for posting what you did and how it came out for the rest of us getting ready to do to compare different set ups.

I could have gone with the Holley mounts to drop the engine lower but they require the Holley pan as well which is out of my budget. There for I stuck with the cheap plates and made it work. I'll figure out the hood clearance issue down the road when I get my finances looking a little better. I wasn't planning on doing the swap for another month or so but the trans let go on my a bit to early so I said to hell with it and swapped it out early.

I'm happy to see the results with the ict mounts. I just acquired a 5.3 a few weeks back and have been gathering parts to close up the short block. I bought the ict mounts since they were hard to beat pricewise.
However, i plan on running twin turbos which will eat up the engine bay, luckily i have plenty of room without the a/c box.

Nice looking swap man. Btw, i have a steel cutlass hood that I'm not using. if your interested just shoot me a PM.

Scott, fill him in on those brackets to relocate the truck accessories. That won't solve his clearance problem with his intake but will still help him.

What Jared is referring to is one of the accessory drive bracket kits that ICT billet offers. It looks to pull everything in tight like the old gen1 setups, and keeps low enough that using a stock hood would work. I deleted some of the pics i had saved by accident, but this one should give you an idea what I'm talking about.
