Awesome job on the frame. Im doing the front end of my 81 coupe. The hardest thing for me doing it was finding all new metric bolts and lock nuts. I wanted all grade 10.9 hardware. That crap got expensive. I found most of them at the local John Deere dealership. I just put the steering box and lower control arms back in two nights ago. Fun.

No not much has been done, body is still at my friends shop he is working on the body slowly. He is taking his time with it working on it when his shop is slow, I'm ok with that since I am in no hurry and the price is right. Just working on little stuff like going through the wiring and making repairs, getting my replacement ac box cleaned up and new parts into it, and getting the new dash ready to go in. I spent the last 2 weekends in the garage cleaning up, I scored some new cabinets and work bench free so I was forced to take everything out of the garage and clean up to get these cabinets in.

Good to hear you are still puttering along. Can't wait to see it when you get the body back and on the chassis 😀

good work keep it up and u get a nice car who grab a sexy girls

Stopped by the body shop they have the lower quarter panels just about finished up. Its all still in rough metal work form.
Still have to address some rear glass jamb rot, and some body mount repairs are needed but by the end of march they say they will be done metal work and have the body sealed, and in primer so we can put it back on the frame hopefully in mid April.
