Only thing I don't like about it is how he laid out the turbo plumbing. I think he probably could have tucked it under the stock hood. I would have spent more time trying to do that than doing that janky-@$$ hood bulge. Don't get me wrong, I respect the work he did on it, but that's just one compromise I wouldn't have made.

The Banks kit fits under the truck hood. The exhaust manifold arrangement is kinda weird, though.
 
I test-drove a used 5.7 diesel Malibu wagon, and on the highway, it did just that. Everybody in the rear-view mirror just disappeared.

Why I've daydreamed about it. Drop one in my 4-door, don't even need to go see the referee because it was a factory option. Just turn up at smogcheck, they look at it, and I'm on my way BLOWING SMOKE AT THEM AS I DEPART. 😛

I guess it's a good thing that motor is hard to find around here. 😀
