Because those are boring looking.

Day2 mods which keep the car stock "looking" with better brakes, 300+ hp under the hood with a trans to match & bigger tires on GM rims gets my vote.

I agree....I usually call this a 'sleeper'. My car is definately a sleeper. Full quiet exhaust, no one can tell there's a BBO under the hood. Now once I add a procharger, I'll get more looks..

ok would rather see a grandmas regal than one with 28" monster truckin it

lowered muscle

I'm all about the muscle. IMO certain cars look good with big wheels while others don't. I don't think malibus would look good with anything over a 15 or 18 inch wheel.

Now with my roadrunner, I plan on going with a set of AR-500's or aftermarket magnum wheels. I'll have a 20x9 with a 275/40 tire and a 19x8 in front.

Here are some examples of a guy I know over on the roadrunnernest forum.

That's perfection right there. A true street/strip car on 24s.

these are what i like

Just me Qdub24, but those wheels do absolutely no justice on that malibu. The body and paint looks amazing, but those wheels don't go with the true-flame paint on that car. Is it just me or does that malibu look like it has one of those body wraps on it? Where you wrap the car in a car sized graphic and use a heat gun to apply.
