Thanks LS!

I've just been driving it to work every now and again. It seems to be running pretty good, but I think my intake gasket may be leaking at the front of the block. Nothing major just a small oil leak. I'll get to it eventually, been busy with the new dd. Also got a great score from a customer at work the other day. He was finishing up doing the 98+ Blazer brake upgrade on his GN and I had mentioned to him the manual brake S10 wheel cylinders for the rear. He had already put on a Wilwood disc kit on the back, then said he had his old drums if I wanted them, so I got FREE aluminum drums!

Can't beat free! Two long soft pads with the S-10 wheel cylinders and your back breaks won't give up anything to his expensive conversion. Well eventually on a winding track but aluminum disapates heat well.

Thanks! Simple answer is, it didn't, that's why I put the scoop on. Even if you lowered the engine from stock, it still won't fit under a stock hood.

I actually got it out and drove it today. I had gotten some stock lower control arms from a member(can't remember who offhand 😳 ), I took and boxed them and put in new bushings. Got them installed then tried a little burnout. No more wheelhop, at least for now. Still got some more stuff to do but that's it for now.

Arms boxed and painted, ready to be installed.

Pretty sure it was only 1/8". It wasn't real thick but it made a hell of a difference.
