Only 200? Could have manned up and bench pressed it down. A couple tow straps to keep it suspended while everything disconnected, then press up, woman releases the straps, and lower it on down.
I remember when I was younger I'd pick up and carry a buick v6 Longblock without a cherry picker and carry it to the kitchen table for teardown.
