Being the 25 year regs ran out on 1998 produced vehicles, and, the 1999 model year began 1998 production, joesregalproject is importing one of these:

The fact it was the ram1500 frame used under them means a 12 valve is an easy swap.

Checks all the boxes and ambiguities, including the sell-one-to-buy-another mentality...

And, yes, I agree with you. I approve this choice and want one myself.

Mitsubishi Mirage. I don't know how much it actually weighed but the Ferd pulled it just fine. Except for an occasional downshift here or there, I almost wouldn't have known I was towing.
