Pretty cool having the option to slide walls around. Only running change we made was the door at the bottom of the stairs because the framer miscalculated by about 6". Actually worked out better anyway.

Well Lowe's had some pretty good deals on appliances today for Black Friday. We decided to just pull the trigger and get them. Initially we had said we would keep our old ones for a few more years but the stove wasn't going to fit into the layout of the new kitchen. We had a freestanding, but needed a slide in. Luckily we had some gift cards we had been saving from Christmas last year, thinking we would spend them on house stuff. Well, we did. LOL Builder took today off. Hoping he works some this weekend but kinda doubting it.

Thanks! There are two triangular windows you can see the framing for, they just aren't in yet.
Glad to see you are finally getting something done on your house. I can only imagine the stress and frustration you have had. I am so sick of our contractor and having the house all torn up. We are only adding an addition and doing renovations.

Soon it'll be buttoned up enough to keep TURNA from sneaking in to throw parties
