Thanks Darin. Just pulled the engine yesterday. Found out that it is a 350 block bored over 30. We changed all the fluids, plugs etc on Sat and the car ran very well although there appeared to be a "sag" when cruising. This was due to a lifter and cam problem so basically the car was only running on 7 cylinders. Can't wait to see the difference now that we found that it needed a cam and some lifter work! Just ordered a Lunati Voodoo cam and lifter set so we will see.

I'm lovin it so far.

hey glad your enjoyin the car and are already solving some problems, welcome to the site

Nice wagon - nice Torq Thrust IIs. May I ask what size, 16 X 7? 16 X 8? And the offset? Also, is that a 245/50 tire? Any rubbing issues?

Reason I'm asking is this may be a future upgrade for my GBody Olds and was starting to gather info on wheel size, backspacing / offset, tire size, etc. Basically what will work & what won't on the TT IIs.

We have been struggling with the tires situation. I am pretty sure they are 245/50 tires and they are 16 X 8 wheels. When I bought the car he only had two decent tires to put on it so I have two of the torque thrusters mounted and then two camaro wheels on it. we put the camaro wheels up front and they rub, hoping once I settle on some tires that we eliminate that problem. I am looking for something with a little higher side wall for the back but not having the best luck. I will keep you posted on what we settle on.
