That’s why I’m undecided on what I’m going to do with them. Will probably see about getting some quotes about restoring them

Any decent wheel repair shop with a CNC machine can restore the diamond cut finish. Had this done on the Mrs. wheels.

Got my first quote back today, 250 for each wheel. Not to bad I don’t think. I’ll have to wait a couple weeks so I can get the funding for that.

For that price, you could buy a compressor , blaster and the baking soda, polish /clear them yourself, and still save $500!

I’ve thought of that just not sure if I want to get rid of the machine finish. I’m tempted though

Here's where it gets sticky. Exactly, how rare are those wheels? Can you get away with a chemical strip and clear anodize or powder coat,? It seems to me, that, if you can find 4 more, make a "good" set and polish the worst 4. This is the whole reason I hate restoration!!! At some point, it would be better than the factory did (doesn't take much).

I’m real tempted to polish them. The machine finish is kinda faint on these compared to how it is on my Typhoon wheels.
