Oil in the Radiator.

Oooooooor, someone could have drained the coolant into a drain pan with oil in it, then dumped it back in the radiator....

Starting now to think that is a possibility.

The Drained coolant is green, threw half gallon of water in it still no oil or sludge. Sooooo, with an $11 dollar coolant cleaner I am going to flush the system real good.

Im with PontiacGP here.. Probably the "drained coolant into oil pan, reused it" scenario since there are, literally, no other symptoms (eg. no coolant in the crankcase making that lovely muck we all know and hate), no oil cooler, no trans leak..

Drain, Flush, Replace.. send it..

Just do a compression test if you are not sure.

Its good to do either way so you know what you are dealing with

For clarification, I didn't call the current owner dumb.
I mean the previous owner, or whoever possibly put dirty oily contaminated coolant back into the car. It's a dumb thing to do. i've done my share of stupid sh*t, kinda.
