Nope, I have. It's GREAT entertainment 🤣
Just imagine how fun it will be, if we finish a car build!?!?!

Had a standby day at work today, so I got a bunch of stuff done on the car.

Bent up and finished the brake line to the rear, filled and mostly bled the air out of the brakes. Almost got finished and my vacuum bleeder $h!t itself... Have to wait until friday to finish it when I have second set of hands.

Pulled the brakes and axles out of the rear housing and pulled out the third member.

Started the prep of the rear and got it ready to put in. I bought a metal core performance gasket, but decided to out a thin coat of black silicone on the third member, so next time it comes out it might be less painful to do.

Cleaned up the seal surface and got the new 3.50 gear set installed and almost all the other stuff bolted up. One side of brakes to put back in, just need a can of brake clean from the local china parts place.

Making forward progress again.

Had a good day of progress today.

As my Weld rears are on back order until summer, I decided to improvise and stick my rollers on for now. I finished bleeding the brakes so I mounted tires. I ran the harness connections to the trans, rand the trans control wiring, went front to back to torque up and double check all the suspension and driveline stuff. Installed the Allstar Performance dipstick and tightened up all the brake lines that showed sweating not that they are full and got some pressure on for testing. Once the tires were on it went on the ground to check the suspension settings.

The rims I got cheap have a really goofy offset, not sure what they would actually fit.

Luckily I bought spacers to put these on the regal.... They work for now but the rims were on the chopping block to be sold, its probbly clear as to why.

I really just need it as a roller to get into the back garage and to be able to move around when its running. The stance is about right. I am happy so far.

Steering wheel was installed with the stock steering link, shifter reconnected and torqued.

As of now I need to:
1. mount and plumb a trans cooler.
2. Finish primary power and grounds underhood.
3. Run/Mount engine harness and injector/ignition harness. Wire fan relays and mount fans/intake/cold side plumbing.
4. Finish wiring in ECU and reconnect stock wiring for body.
5. Mount and wire fuel pump relays.
6. Fill/Check fluids
7. Mount seats and dash pieces.
8. Double checks
9. Exhaust, finish odd and ends.

Oooh. I do love me some 15x8.5 Vector wheels. Keep me in mind when you go to unload those.

Nope. No adapters required - I've got loads of those (and more in the mail).
What?????

Dude, you are whack!

Haha.

Those wheels look great to me, but I know, I’m not a wheel connoisseur. Glad to see you wrenching on it.
