That is correct it is out of I think a 1997 supra I am rebuilding it currently it should be pushing around 500 horse at low boost. It was for my frs but wanted to do something different for a gbody

Well, if you put a Toyota in your Gbody I don't want to hear another word from the "purist" complaining when we put a SBC in non Chevy Gbodies.

They can both produce over 1000hp on a stock bottom end with enough boost. How long they'll hold together though...

That's the thing tho....2jz ends up with less usable hp
