I had a full set on my car but both of the 15x10s and one of the 15x7s were stolen

Well guys bad news, I had a deal with a guys that, my luck would have it, fell through. As a few of you have read I'm a diesel mechanic I've been picking up side work to get thru the holidays but also to buy tools and need and save for the garage expansion. Had a deal to do an injector job on a Duramax lb7 as a trade for a miller 211 older model. Plus a little cash. He was supposed to drop the truck off 3 days ago and haven't heard anything from my text back.
I'm gunna end up buying a new machine and what I'd like to get is AHP alpha MIG 250 machine but they are in-between model years it seems and might be a little wait. Seems these are imported it takes about a month to receive. I could buy the Tig machine right now or a smaller welder but don't want to buy twice. And let's be honest I'm not going to build a complete cage or weld on a new front end with a Tig just to time consuming so I'm at a little bit of a standstill until I hear back when they are starting shipment

You are wise to wait for the right tool rather than buy a substitute and spend twice.

Well it's been a while but I stopped booking side work. I need to get back out in the garage more and work on my own stuff. Update is a guy that I paid to have rendor the car bailed out with the deposit I gave. Which wasn't much but oh well. Me and my girl friend finally stripped what was left of the interior out and found that the pans are rusty on the car. Someone had put fiberglass in the pass side at one time. Hard to believe the outside is solid with how the pans are. I planned to pull the body off anyways hopefully be able to source patch panels. Only paid 200 for the car so my feelings aren't that hurt. Trans tunnel will be out as well due to 4l80e and moving engine back alot.
