I have 3.25s in my Cutlass (TH400 trans, Ford 9” rear end) and it cruises nicely on the highway.

Turns around 3200 rpm on the highway at 70 mph. I’m in the slow lane letting people pass me getting 8 mpg 🤑
A 4L85E, you need.

Nah. Didn’t want to spend stupid money on a converter for an 80e.

The car was built to have fun and beat on; good gas mileage wasn’t in the build.

Running 70% ethanol content doesn’t help either. I just know every time I turn it on and drive, I fill it up with corn 🤑
